An RF metal laser has a hermetically-sealed metal chamber that contains the laser gas mixture. Precisely controlled radio frequency energy is used to create ionized gas plasma for the laser to produce a laser beam.RF metal tube laser uses a long metal tube (as opposed to glass) to contain the laser gas. The gas mixture contained inside and the tube is factory sealed. To make it lase, you need to excite the gas inside; with this type of laser an external RF (radio frequency) supply is used to generate energy that is absorbed by the gas inside the tube. RF metal tube lasers generate a smaller spot size out of the output window of the laser. The smaller the spot size, the finer the engraving detail. For high precision engraving, this smaller spot size makes a difference. The use time of RF metal tube is generally 5 to 6 times that of ordinary CO2 glass tube (DC laser). This longevity can help offset the initial higher cost of the RF metal tube laser.
Laser Controller is the central processing part of laser marking machine, it converts the software instructions, marking content into galvanometer, laser source and auxiliary equipment understandable language, execute marking. Data inputs also collected and calculated by the laser controller then instruct the laser machine to act accordingly, this allows laser to interact with other machines, parts in industry automatic flow line.
